STEP 04
Booking & Confirmation
Once you’re happy with the quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. After the deposit is received, I’ll provide a bespoke contractual agreement outlining the agreed deliverables, expectations, and key terms—such as cancellations, rescheduling, and image usage rights.

The session together is just the beginning. From the moment we start shooting to the final delivery of your images, I take care of every detail—curating, refining, and ensuring your photographs are exactly as they should be.

The Shoot
This is where the magic happens. Whether it’s a brand project, a portrait session, or a travel commission, I work intuitively—embracing natural light, authentic moments, and the quiet beauty of the in-between. Selection
& Editing
After the shoot, I take care of the hard work—carefully selecting the best images that truly represent the session. As the first step in post-production, I’ll upload a personalised online proof gallery with raw, unedited images, allowing you to select your favourites before I begin editing.
Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll apply my signature artistic touch—refining each image with careful retouching while preserving its authenticity.

STEP 07
Final Delivery
Once editing is complete, your final images will be uploaded to your private online gallery. You’ll receive access to both high-resolution and web-optimised versions, ready for download.
Before images are made available, the remaining 50% balance must be paid. Once settled, you’ll have full access to your collection.

How do I book a session?
To secure your session, simply reach out via Contact, and we’ll arrange a call or meeting to discuss your needs, vision, and expectations. This initial conversation ensures we’re the right fit and allows me to understand how best to tailor the experience for you.
After our conversation, I’ll send a detailed questionnaire where you can provide more insight into your vision, preferred dates, locations, and any specific requirements for the session. Using this information, I’ll curate a bespoke quote based on your needs.
When you’re happy to proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your date.

Packages typically start at around £250 for smaller sessions and can exceed £10,000 for large-scale or multi-day commissions. Every package includes:

Do you offer flexible payment options?
Yes, I understand that investing in photography is a big decision, which is why I offer flexible payment options. After the 50% non-refundable deposit is paid to secure your booking, the remaining balance can be split into instalments leading up to the final delivery of your images.
This allows you to spread the cost over time while still receiving the same dedicated experience. If you need a customised payment plan, just let me know—I’m happy to discuss options that work best for you.

Why is the deposit non-refundable?
The 50% deposit secures your booking and ensures that I reserve the date exclusively for you. As I take on a limited number of projects, once a session is booked, I turn down other inquiries for that date. The deposit covers the time spent on pre-session planning, consultations, and preparation, ensuring that I can provide a seamless and dedicated experience.
If unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. Full details on cancellations and rescheduling are outlined in your contract.
