I take pride in providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and order issues, in compliance with UK and EU consumer laws.


1. Digital Products


  • Non-Refundable – All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
  • However, if you are not fully satisfied with your digital purchase, please reach out to me at support@danmackenzie.co.uk. I am always happy to work together to find a fair and satisfactory resolution.


2. Print Products


Production & Shipping


All print products are produced and shipped by Loxley Colour using Royal Mail and DPD. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the selected shipping method.


Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)


Under UK and EU law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, without needing to provide a reason.


This right does not apply to:


  • Custom or personalised orders, as they are made specifically for you.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling.


How to Request a Return


  1. Email me at support@danmackenzie.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return the item within 14 days of notifying me at the following address:

3. Cover return shipping costs and ensure the package is adequately insured.


Condition of Returned Items

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• If the item arrives damaged or in unsellable condition, a refund may not be issued.


Refund Processing

• Once I receive and inspect the return, I will notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items


I take great care to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please:


1. Email me at support@danmackenzie.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Attach clear photos of:

  • The damaged/incorrect item.
  • The original packaging, including shipping labels.


3. I will assess the issue and offer either:

• A replacement print at no additional cost.

• A full refund, including return shipping costs (if required).


4. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at support@danmackenzie.co.uk.

• I will work with Loxley Colour and the courier to investigate the delay.

• If the order is confirmed as lost, I will arrange a replacement or refund.


5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned or refunded:


• Custom or personalised orders (as they are made to your specifications).

• Digital products (though I am happy to work with you to resolve any issues).

• Gift cards.
