General

What kinds of work do you offer?
I work across photography, web and digital, AI and automation, tech support & mentoring, and more holistic projects that combine several of these areas. You’ll find an overview of each under the Services section.
Who do you typically work with?
I work with individuals, small businesses, artists, therapists, makers, musicians, and purpose-led organisations. The common thread is usually that they care about their work and want thoughtful support rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Where are you based?
I’m based in the UK, but much of my digital and mentoring work can be done remotely. Photography and in‑person projects depend on location, travel, and availability.
How do I know which service is right for me?
If you’re unsure where to start, you can either send a message with a bit of context or schedule a call. We’ll look at what you need and decide whether a focused service or a more joined‑up package is the best route.

Services & Projects

Can I combine multiple services in one project?
Yes. Many projects blend photography, web, systems, and mentoring. In those cases, we shape a single package around the whole project, rather than treating each part as a separate job.
Do you offer one‑off sessions as well as longer projects?
Yes. One‑off sessions are available for focused support, while longer engagements are better for deeper work, larger builds, or ongoing guidance.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
If you have a specific date or launch in mind, it’s best to reach out as early as you can. For more flexible projects, we can look at current availability and suggest a realistic start date.
Do you work with both new and returning clients?
Yes. Returning clients often come back for additional projects, prints, or support, and I’m very happy to continue that relationship over time.

Pricing & Payments

Do you have fixed prices or is everything custom?
Most work is priced as a tailored package, but I share typical starting points for each service to give you a clear sense of investment. The final quote depends on scope, complexity, and the combination of services involved.
Can you work within a specific budget?
Often, yes. If you have a realistic budget range, sharing it early helps us shape a scope that focuses on what will make the biggest difference, rather than trying to stretch too thinly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings and project slots, excluding free discovery calls. This confirms the time allocated to your project.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger projects, flexible payment plans may be available. This usually means an upfront deposit, followed by scheduled instalments agreed in advance.
When is the balance due?
The balance and payment timing depend on the project type and the plan we agree. For shorter work, payment may be due before final delivery; for longer projects, it may be tied to milestones.
What happens if the scope changes?
If the project needs to grow beyond the original agreement, I’ll always pause to talk that through first. Any changes that affect time, deliverables, or pricing are agreed before additional work is carried out.

Process

Do I need a fully defined brief before getting in touch?
No. A sense of what you’re trying to achieve, improve, or explore is enough to start. We can clarify the brief together as part of the early stages of the process.
What does the typical project journey look like?
Most projects follow a similar rhythm: we connect and clarify what matters, shape the scope and direction, create the work, refine it together, and then deliver with clear handover and next steps. Your Process page goes into this in more detail.
How collaborative is your process?
Very. I want the work to feel like something we build together, with enough structure and communication that you feel informed, involved, and supported throughout.
What happens after a project ends?
Depending on the work, that might mean print options, ongoing support, a follow‑up check‑in, or simply a clear close. If you need further help later, you’re welcome to get back in touch.

Prints & Wall Art

Where can I buy prints and wall art?
Prints and wall pieces are available via my print store, where you can browse collections, choose sizes and formats, and place orders directly.
What kinds of print products do you offer?
Key options include fine art giclée prints on archival papers, large format photographic prints, gallery frames, edge prints, and selected other products such as canvas or mounted prints where available.
Can I order prints from my own session?
Yes. Clients receive a personal online gallery after their shoot. From that gallery, you can order prints, wall art, and other products featuring your session images.
Do you help with choosing sizes and formats?
If you’re unsure which size or format will suit your space, you can send a message with a description or photo of the room. I can then recommend options that are likely to work well.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping options depend on the lab’s current coverage and the product type. Exact destinations, costs, and estimated timings are shown during checkout in the print store.

Tech Support & AI Mentoring

Do I need technical knowledge to book tech support or AI mentoring?
No. These services are designed for people at all levels — from cautious beginners to more confident users. You don’t need to know the terminology or have a perfect setup first.
What kinds of things can we work on?
We can look at everyday tech friction, tools and apps, workflows, file systems, AI tools, and how all of that fits with the work you’re trying to do. Sometimes that means fixing specific issues; other times it’s more about confidence and clarity.
Can we combine troubleshooting with mentoring?
Yes. In practice, sessions often blend practical support (fixing and simplifying) with mentoring (explaining, guiding, and helping you make decisions).
Are these one‑off sessions or ongoing?
You can book a one‑off session or a short block of mentoring, and longer‑term support is also possible where it makes sense.

Clients & Testimonials

Where can I read client feedback?
You’ll find selected testimonials on the Testimonials page, along with examples of the kinds of projects and clients I’ve worked with.
Do you only work with certain sectors or industries?
No. I’ve worked with a wide range of people and organisations. Some sectors are more common, but I’m open to conversations about new contexts, especially where there’s a good values fit.
Can I see examples of previous work?
Yes. The portfolio pages show a range of photography and visual projects, and the site may include case studies or client project highlights where appropriate.

Policies & Legal

Where can I read your policies?
All key policies — including privacy, cookies, terms of service, and booking terms — are listed on the Policies page as standalone documents.
How do your policies connect with bookings and payments?
Policies describe how bookings, payments, cancellations, and data handling work. They are designed to protect both your interests and mine, and they form part of the agreement when we work together.
What if I have a question about a specific policy?
If something in a policy isn’t clear, you can send a message via the Contact or Contact (imprint) page and I’ll do my best to explain or point you to the relevant section.

Newsletter & Resources

What do you share in your newsletter?
The newsletter includes updates on new work, behind‑the‑scenes notes, practical thoughts about creative and digital work, and occasional resources such as guides or prompts.
How often will I hear from you?
Frequency may vary, but the aim is to send thoughtful updates rather than high‑volume messages. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
What kind of resources do you share?
Resources may include free guides, paid extended guides, presets, platform recommendations, and gear or workflow notes. The Resources page keeps everything in one place.
Do I need to subscribe to access free resources?
Some resources are freely available on the site; others may be sent via the newsletter or tied to specific campaigns. Details will be clearly explained on the relevant page.

If your question isn’t answered here, or if you’d prefer to talk things through, you’re always welcome to reach out.
Sometimes a short message or call is the easiest way to get clarity.
