Too much manual admin
Repeating the same clicks, copy‑pastes, and emails across tools is quietly eating into your week. We identify the patterns and turn them into calm, dependable workflows.
I help you turn messy, manual processes into calm, dependable systems powered by AI and automation. Together we map what’s actually happening in your business, then design workflows, assistants, and dashboards that quietly do the boring work for you so you can focus on the parts only you can do.

With every automation project, the goal is simple: reduce waste and increase value. That might look like clearer follow‑up and more booked work, or fewer manual tasks and fewer things slipping through the cracks. If we can’t see where an automation will genuinely help you, I’d rather adjust the scope or not build it.

Every project starts with a clear map of your current workflows, then we choose the right tools and automations to support them. That can include AI assistants, lead and client journeys, content pipelines, dashboards, and small internal tools – always tailored to the way you actually work, not the way software thinks you should.

We start with a conversation to uncover bottlenecks and opportunities, then I sketch simple flows you can understand at a glance. From there I build, test, and refine in small loops, so you see value early and stay in control. You’ll know what’s running, where it lives, and how to switch things on, off, or up as you grow.
Most clients don’t want “more tech” – they want fewer tabs, fewer late‑night tasks, and fewer balls to juggle. Intelligent automation gives you that space back. The work we do here reduces repetitive admin, tightens follow‑up, and creates a clearer picture of what’s happening in your business, so you can make calmer, better decisions.
Solutions this work is designed to solve
Intelligent automation is about making the boring parts of your operations invisible, so you can stay present for the parts only you can do.
These are some of the recurring problems clients bring into this service. Your tools and context will be unique, but the friction usually looks familiar.
Repeating the same clicks, copy‑pastes, and emails across tools is quietly eating into your week. We identify the patterns and turn them into calm, dependable workflows.
Time saved · Fewer errors
Enquiries land via forms, DMs, and email, and it’s easy for good fits to be missed. We centralise capture and follow‑up so every lead gets a timely, human response.
More leads kept warm
When everything lives in your head or scattered tools, it’s hard to see what’s happening today or this week. We create simple flows and views that show what’s running and what needs you.
Clearer daily picture
Juggling ops, clients, and creative work leaves little room to think or rest. Automations free up mental bandwidth so you can focus on deep work, relationships, and recovery.
More focus · More calm
Multiple platforms doing the same job create noise, cost, and confusion. We simplify your stack and connect the essentials, so each tool has a clear role.
Simpler, leaner stack
Clients and collaborators experience gaps in updates, reminders, or handovers. We design sensible touchpoints so everyone knows what’s happening and when.
Smoother client flow
Every automation build is scoped around your tools, processes, and capacity.
These examples give a sense of where most projects sit.

We start with a short call where you walk me through what your days actually look like and where things feel heavy or repetitive. From there, I usually prioritise tasks that are frequent, rules‑based, and low risk, so you see quick wins without disrupting everything at once. Together we choose one or two flows that will make the biggest difference and build from there.
Not necessarily. In most cases, we start by working with the tools you already use and only swap something out if it’s clearly causing more friction than it’s worth. The aim is to simplify, not add more platforms for you to learn. I’ll suggest alternatives where it makes sense, but any change is always discussed and agreed together.
That’s completely fine – most of my clients aren’t technical and don’t want to be. I design and document systems so they’re easy to understand at a glance, with simple language, clear naming, and short Loom videos where helpful. You don’t need to learn everything under the hood; you just need to know what’s possible and how to use it day to day.
Once the first phase is live, we move into a short bedding‑in period where we monitor how things behave in the real world and make sensible tweaks. After that, you can either keep things as they are with documentation, or choose an ongoing support option for periodic reviews, improvements, and new automations as your work evolves.
