Credibility
No online home that fits
You’re sending people to an old site or a platform that doesn’t reflect your work anymore, and you know it’s costing you trust.

Whether you're a ceramicist, a therapist, a musician, or a small business finding your feet, your website should feel like you — clear, considered, and easy for the right people to find and trust. I design and build websites that fit the way you work, from simple single-page sites to full e-commerce stores, and stay with you as your work evolves.

With every web project, the goal is simple: your site should either deepen trust or make things easier — ideally both. That might look like more of the right people finding you and reaching out, a smoother way to sell your work, or a calmer, clearer home for everything you’re building. If we can’t see where a new site or redesign will genuinely support you, I’d rather adjust the scope or help you stay where you are for now.

Most clients come to this service because something about their current site no longer fits — it doesn’t feel like them, it’s hard to update, or it simply isn’t bringing in the right kind of interest. This section highlights the most common friction points so you can see your own situation reflected before we talk about specific solutions.
Credibility
You’re sending people to an old site or a platform that doesn’t reflect your work anymore, and you know it’s costing you trust.
Clarity
Your work is rich and layered, but your site makes it feel flat or confusing. People have to work too hard to “get it”.
Control
Small changes feel heavy or expensive, so the site gets ignored. You want something you can actually keep up to date.
Growth
People visit but don’t reach out or book. The structure, copy, and calls to action aren’t doing enough heavy lifting.
Identity
The design belongs to an earlier season of your work. You’ve grown, but your website hasn’t grown with you.
Reach
You’re still selling or scheduling manually when your website could handle a big part of that quietly in the background.
Every website project starts with a proper conversation about what you need, who it's for, and what success looks like. From there, you get a clear scope and timeline, design built around your brand and content, a fully built and tested site, a handover session so you feel confident using it, and a short support window after launch for tweaks and questions. Depending on your package, this may also include SEO setup, photography, copywriting direction, integrations, and ongoing management options.

We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, audience, and existing content. I then put together a clear proposal and scope. Once agreed, we move into design, where you'll see concepts before anything is built. After your feedback, I build and populate the site, run it through mobile and browser checks, and hand it over with a walkthrough. Most projects run between two and six weeks depending on scope and how quickly content comes in.

I work with one project at a time and bring genuine care to each one. I'm not a template-pusher or a production line — I take time to understand your work, your audience, and the story your site needs to tell. I also think holistically: if your website needs better photography, clearer copy, or a small automation to handle enquiries, I can bring those elements together rather than handing you a half-finished solution and walking away.

Types of sites I build
Portfolio
For artists, photographers, designers, and makers who need their work to speak first and their story to follow naturally.
Services
For therapists, coaches, consultants, and practitioners who need clear service pages and a frictionless way to book.
E‑commerce
For artisans, print sellers, and product makers who want a considered shop that feels as good as their product.
Single page
A single, well-crafted page for musicians, sole traders, or new ventures who need a clear online presence fast.
Hospitality
For niche venues that want a site with atmosphere, menus, events, and reservations that feel as considered as the space itself.
Purpose‑led
For organisations doing meaningful work who need a site that builds trust, communicates impact, and supports donations or sign-ups.
Music & events
EPK-ready sites with music players, event listings, press sections, and links that work for labels, venues, and fans alike.

Your current site no longer reflects where you are. We strip it back, find what matters, and rebuild with more intention and clarity.

Monthly retainer care covering updates, content changes, performance checks, and priority support so your site stays current.
Every site is different, and every quote reflects the actual work involved.

You don't need to have everything ready before we start — in fact, most clients come without finished copy. I'll give you a content guide and brief to work from, and we can discuss your options if writing isn't your strength. If you'd like copywriting included in the project, that's something we can add to the scope. What you do need to provide or plan for is your imagery, logo, and a clear sense of the story you want your site to tell.
The platform I recommend depends on what your site needs to do, how much you want to manage it yourself, and what your budget is. I work across Pixieset, Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress, Framer, and Webflow, and I'll always explain the trade-offs before we decide. If you already have a platform you're committed to, I'm comfortable working within that too, as long as it's the right fit for the project.
Most projects run between two and six weeks from kick-off to launch. Simpler single-page builds can move faster; more complex multi-page or e-commerce sites take longer. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content comes in from your side. I'll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal so you know what to expect before anything starts.
Yes, and it often makes the most sense to do so. A website is only as strong as the imagery and content inside it, and I can bring photography, automation, and branding work into the same project so everything is designed to work together from the start. If you're not sure what you need, we can use the first call to map it out and build a scope that covers everything in one joined-up engagement.
Whether you know exactly what you need or you're starting from a blank page, the best first step is a short conversation. We'll look at where you are, what your site needs to do, and whether this service is the right fit.
